Rear end S90-V90 1998

I have a '89 S90 that doesn't have the winter package. I only have one wheel pulling. I live in WV. Hills, snow and ice. I was wondering about putting a positive traction rear end in. If I could find one, does anyone know if it could just be swapped or what would be involved in changing it?
