Need catalytic converter for a 1990 without EGR 200

Does anyone out there have a catalytic converter for a 1990 DL without EGR? I would also appreciate any advice or directions on obtaining stainless steel mufflers for this car. The cheapo Meineke mufflers on the car only last about eleven months, and I get stuck for labor and parts every time I go in. Need some help here to get out from under those folks, even though their mufflers are free under their so-called lifetime warranty which I have. Richard
