antifreeze in exaust 700 1987

one problem afer another!#* on 4 cyl. turbo engine , i replaced the head gasket and while i was into it also replaced the timing belt. the first time i ran the engine i saw white smoke in the exaust and i am sure it is antifreeze ,i think it is comming from the turbo cooling system, is there a seal or o ring which could be damaged from overheating ? has anyone run across this problem ? any help or ideas very welcome.
