Turn signal and brake light woes 200 1988

Hello everyone.
I am currently trying to get my car through safety inspections. For some reason my right hand side blinker has just started to blink a 3x the normal speed and the rear right hand blinker does not light up. The bulb light does not detect this fault. Also i can not get my rear right break light to work. It says the bulb is out but i replaced it and it still gives me the same light. Any one have any suggestions. This is a wagon.
