960 won't run in hot weather 900 1992

I have a 960 that won't run in hot weather. It will do fine until the temperature hits high 90's. It won't start. Today it died and it started again tonight. It ran for aboutr a mile and died again. Has anyone ever had these problems? It has been in the shop for lots of work including new spark plugs, fuel pressure regualtor and various other expensive stuff. I'm sick of it.
