IGNITION SWITCH REMOVAL 700

Any idea on how to remove the ignition switch on an 88, 740 gle wagon ?????The is sticking and i have spray it with all types of lubes to no avail. I want to remove it and maybe replace te ignition switch or at least rebuild
Any help greatly appreciated
