Where is fuel pump relay on 240 wagon '90? How to fix it?

Hi, folks:

This may be a repeated question, but I do need to know. I really appreciate if you give me some suggestion
My car is 240 DL wagon, made in 1990. Now, it is very hard to start. I think fuel pump relay is the problem. So, where is the fuel pump relay exactly? (some said on the driver side, others said on the passenger side) And, how to fix it?
