throttle Body 900

The throttle body was cleaned by me and a little help from a man, then we adjusted the RPM's or idle speed. The next thing to do on the FAQ, (no rhyme intended), was adjust throttle switch, which we did't do because we didn't have the right tool.
Now I notice that if I step off the gas, the turbo gal will run as if it was on cruise control. This will last i guess up to a mile without deceleration. Is this a normal occurance after cleaning the throttle body? Or did I miss an adjustment?
