Help!! Distributor Install B234f 1990 740 16v

Just about done with Head replacement. I cant figure out how to reinstall the damn distributor! I just don't have enough room to get it on with cap on and I can't get the cap on after I've got the base and rotor on. Is there a way to lever engine forward? When I took it off I removed head with distribotor on it.

I know on my B230f I do have enough room.

any quick replies would be appreciated. I'm right in the middle of it!
