loud fuel pump issues 200

Well my 89 240 is finally up and running thanks to all you brickboarders, but i do have one last question. When my fuel pump runs it puts off an incredibly loud buzzing noise. I know that its not the fuel pump because the old one was making that noise and i changed it, now the new one does the same. Any ideas?
