Hello,

I was told it was possible to adjust the ignition timing on certain engines by hotwiring the oil pressure lead with one of the ignition wires. I was unable to get further information (e.g.which wires?) I own a 1977 244DL, with a B21E engine, made in Australia. I was wodering if anyone was familiar with method of timing adjustment, or is this just a silly rumour? Thanks.
