'86 245 Vented Brake Conversion 200 1986

Hey everybody, I just got the old 240 running with a new engine and I'm ready to do some brake work. My car has solid front rotors and I would like to go vented. I can get all the stock stuff at my local junkyard for next to nothing, I just need to know what is involved in the conversion. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
