i purchased this product from ipd an after market volvo specialty business in oregon about two years ago. they have discontinued carrying it and i can't find it without ordering it from outside the usa. i do not want to do business thru the internet- which means i want to order by phone and have conversation. i have 3 volvos -- 1986 740gle, 1987 245dl, 1995 855. the older cars have 150,000 miles and the newer one 70,000. i change oil and filter every 2500 miles. i use castrol synthetic blend and volvo filters. even with this treatment the bitron reduced the engine friction and made the engines run smoother. ipd gave me a phone number in vancouver,bc which turned out to be discontinued. recently i found a web page in california with a phone that also was discontinued. i am now concerned that i might have errored in using this product. does anyone in the usa ir canada have any information to share with me. i have used this product for about 10,000 miles in each car. any info would be appreciated- bob
