I have a 145 with the B20F engine. my problem is that the engine runs really sparatic. I can almost always get it started, but then when i try to adjust the idle with the idle screw it does nothing. i can put it all the way in and it wont change, so i screw it all the way out and nothing. then all of a sudden vrooom! it takes off by itself. When it is idleing slowly there is a lot of hesitation, almost to where it will stall, but when it is running at a high idle it seems fine. Other things to consider: the vacum advance system is gone, but i can change the timing manually with little effect on engine speed. Also at low idle the air flapper valve in the air box goes up and down quite quickly causing one of my relays to go click click click really fast. Any help would be much appreciated. Also, I just changed the plugs, cap, rotor, wited, points condenser and air filter. Thanks in advance! Jake
