Oregon rainy season = 242 sunroof leaking 200

The Oregon rain has set in to stay for a while.
Turns out my sunroof is leaking, yet only from the passenger side and not terribly much at that.

Symptoms:
Does not seem to leak when car is still.
Yet when I accelerate hard, brake hard or turn some water comes from passenger side. The interior trim piece that goes around the sunroof opening seems to be holding in some water so it all does not come out @ once.

My theory is that there is too much water in the tray, and when I drive the car it spills over the rails and into the compartment.
I checked the front drain tubes and they are fine, I cleaned them as best I could. I also cleaned the rear ones as much as I could get to with pipe cleaners.

I am going to assume this will eventually destroy the headliner.
Do I need to drop the headliner to totally check the integrity of the rear drain tubes, or does the sunroof tray extend far back into the back area of the roof?

All advice appreciated.
Thanks in advance
