weak spark 700

1984 760 turbo b23ftI.

I installed new: plugs, cap/rotor, plug wires, coil wire, coil, and distributor
Spark is still to weak to even fire the 3rd cylinder. and it causes misfires constantly on the 3 cyls. that do function.

What could possibly be left to repair?
