I seem to remember reading somewhere (possibly here) that the 70-series door handles fit on 700-series doors. Is this true, because i think the body color handles would much better than the plastic black handles on my turboed 740? One more thing. Since my brick is a 1990, is it possible that it could have a K-motor, or is it classified as a "late B230FT" motor? I wondered this because from everything i've read, the last year for the K-motors was 1989, but on my timing cover, there is a sticker that has a large "K" on it. Seems pretty obvious, but i was wondered if that was referring to something else. I've also looked all over the engine block and head (from as best a view as i can get with the engine still in the car), and ive haven't come across any of the telltale signs of either the K or Late model.
