Clicking noise when accelerating 700 1989

Hi,

I have an 89 765T. Lately, when I give the car gas, I hear a weird clicking noise. It only occurs when the car is actually moving. If I give the car gas while it's in park or neutral, I don't hear the noise. Does anyone know what it is? If so, should I be concerned?

Also, can anyone recommend a good body shop in the Dayton, OH, area?
