My injectors are okay, but my cooling system is crazy! 200 89

Hi guys! Thanks to all of you who helped me to reinstall my injectors. Now, I have a problem with my cooling system. I replaced my waterpump gasket and seals because I had a little coolant leak near the head gasket. So, I applied petroleum jelly at the new seals, like in the bentley manual, I carefully scraped the old gasket and my father helped me to squeeze the pump up to reinstall it.

I installed the pulley, the new belts and the fan.

The engine now works fine (I think I made a good job about the injectors) but it took almost 2 minutes to get the temp guage to the red line!!! :((

The heater doesn't work, and I didn't forget to refill the cooling system.

It's like the water pump doesn't work! The hoses are cold.

What's wrong??

p.s. I now have a big coolant leak.. but I don't know where, It was dark outside when I gave up.
