mysterious BW35 trans leak 200 75

Every fews weeks the trans blows a small amount of fluid out of the breather tube after the car has been parked. Then when restarting, and selecting a gear, I have to wait a minute before it actually engages and I can drive away as normal. Apart from this occasional event, the trans behaves fine. This problem has beaten 2 mechanics so I really hope someone here will know the answer.
