RE: LH-Jetronic System-weak fuel pump. 200 82

Thanks, Dave, Phil & Steve. I cleaned grounds and connections at in-tank pump, main pump, intake manifold, firewall (vacuum switch ground and connections), also cleaned fuse connections and replaced fuses at fuse terminals 5 (in-tank), 7 (main pump), and 13 (injection system). Same result: in-tank current draw 1.2 amps (specs say 1-2), main pump draws 3.29 amps (specs say 6.2-6.5). I followed service manual procedure of removing fuses to isolate pumps for test purposes. Only other thing that tests wrong is vacuum switch, which tests 1.6 ohms with no vacuum, and should test 0 (Can't get this from Volvo any more). So, I don't know of any other connections to clean. Pump delivers a "decent amount" of fuel with return hose removed--didn't measure it. Is it worthwhile to test pressure, what equipment do I need, and what is pressure spec? Does the fact that main pump amp draw is low with all( I hope) connections cleaned

mean the pump is no good? Any other suggestions appreciated. Thanks a lot.
