BIG SHUDDER-help me please: 200 1980

FRom startup I have a big shudder and like a slamming sound when taking off from a standstill. When on freeway or above 5MPH nothing noticed. It's been like this for about a month ; work car-200miles a week driven.I suspect center bearing as I looked under car and noticed that spring or bottom retainer??? for that looked like it was popped out a little-facing back.Am I ruining Ujointsor did one of them cause it? Not enough movement to suspect tranny mount-which I replaced 2 years ago. Is this an expensive fix and if just center bearing can I replace it without completely disassembling front and rear drive shaft? sorry for the mouthfull anybody versed in this GREATLY appreciated! mark
