RE:nivomats 900 92

hi all, cant believe its been since oct since i was on here, been busy with work and family.

anyway the 960 has been pretty reliable apart from the damn seat losing its memory and crushing the wife up the steering wheel (ha ha ha) , that,ll teach her for driving my pride and joy.

the prob i,ve got at the moment is the rear suspension. its leaking oil out of the passenger side shock and at £230 each plus fitting i aint to happy but i have managed to find a pair of shox for £60 and they have only done 30k. apperantly they were replaced because the back end on the car they were on was sagging, but after being swapped for new nivomats the car still sat low at the back fortunately for me the original shox were kept by the garage. now heres the big ????? should i be able to move the shox by bouncing on them or should they remain rigid they only move about an inch if i push real hard on them and they seem to firm up the more i bounce on them also aswell what would an acceptable ride hieght be on the rear of the car after i fit them and how long should it take to reach this hieght after the car has sat overnight.

hope u can help and i,ll start visiting again more often

happy christmas to u all and a good new year
