Sunroof vent position 700 88

After reading the FAQ, I resently discovered that my sunroof is suppose to open into a vent position. However, after trying this out, I find that mine does not move at all after I close it. How do you fix the problem of the sunroof being stuck. The FAQ describes how to do it if you have a crank but i have an electric motor. Mine opens and closes just fine, only it won't move to the vent position.
