CAMSHAFT SEAL @ TURBO 200 1981

I HAVE BLOWN MY CAMSHAFT SEAL OUT OF THE FRONT OF MY ENGINE. I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE IT WITH ONLY PULLING OFF THE #1 BEARING CAP, IS THIS O.K. AND OF COURSE THE PULLEY.

MY OVERDRIVE ALSO DOSN'T WORK. IT WAS SLUGGISH FOR A WHILE ( SEEMED TO NEED WARMING UP FOR A LONG TIME BEFORE IT ENGAUGED) BUT SINCE HAS QUIT. THEIR IS SUSPOSED TO BE A RELAY BEHIND THE GLOVE BOX IS THIS CORRECT. AND IS THE SELIOND ON THE OVERDRIVE ITS SELF. TIPS ON TROUBLESHOOTING THIS PROBLEM WOULD BE HELPFULL.
