Removing K-jet injector from its holder? 200 1982

Ok I tried to be cheap by just buying new injectors and figured I could uses the old black plastic holders, but I can't get the old injectors out of the holders. I tried pushing them out and banging them out but they won't let go. Any ideas or should I just buy new holder?
