My radiator just started leaking a couple of days ago and I have traced the problem to (if you are facing the engine bay) the right side of the radiator. The left and right edge of the radiator have these (in think) plastic end caps on them. There is a large tube which carries coolent from the top right side of the radiator to the engine block. Right behind this tube, on the side of the end cap facing the grill, there is a small crack where the coolent is leaking out of. If I squeeze the coolent tube, I can watch the coolent stream out. Is this something that can be fixed without replacing the whole radiator? I bought some radiator sealant and added it to my coolent, but I don't think it will work because this is a plastic piece that is leaking, and not the metal of radiator. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Shawn.
P.S. I finally replaced my engine mounts, and NO, it's not as easy as some messages describe it as. It's fun though.
