Thank you ALL for all your help and advice!! I am so happy to tell you all that you were right (as if there were any doubts!!). The car is fine, the seals were checked and the water pump is being replaced while we're at it...all for under $200 which makes me a happy girl! She'll be up and running tonight. Thank you.
