Regarding my post "Help!", when I ground the CIS connector next to the AMM test point by passenger side fender, idle speed doen not drop, but it drops below 500 rpm when I close off air intake to the idle control valve. Is this valve opening to much or staying fully open from lack of a signal from ECU or lack of response to the signal? Please, let me know. Thank you.
