AC Clutch Engages Only When Delay Relay's ! 15 Yellow and 87 Green Crossed 200 1986

Hope someone can help us diagnose our ac problem. The relay has four terminals. #15 Yellow with Blue Stripe D+ #61 Red #87 Green #85 (2)Black wires. Must jump #15 and #87 to engage clutch. Help! Have tried several different delay relays no change. All of them have been used. Thanx
