Compressor Clutch - How to replace 200 1981

The clutch on my A/C compressor is vibrating and making a grumbling noise when it engages. The a/c works great otherwise. It was rebuilt about 2 years ago.

My questions:

1. How easy is it to replace the clutch and bearings.

2. Where can I find instructions?
