No power, no throttle response 200 1984

Hello,

Have an '84 Turbo wagon that's been a basket case. Replaced everything includung turbo, belts, tune-up basics,control pressure regulator, intake manifold gasket, cleaned intercooler, changed oil, etc. It only runs when I leave cold start injector plugged-in. Very little power, no throttle response. When I disconnect injector, she won't fire. Is my fuel distributor shot? Because when I cleaned the injectors and manually pushed the plunger, gas did spray quite well out of the injectors. Please help. Losing patience with the old girl.
