Opinions on overload springs? 700 1992

I have been considering replacing the rear stock coil springs on my 745 with overload coil springs from IPD. I want them because we usually have people in the rear seats, cargo in back or kids in the third seat, and for towing. I have a stock suspension with no previous modifications. Also,I just noticed that they are on sale so I would like some input from anyone who has them on their cars. How do they affect the ride/handling of the vehicle?
