Rotor break in Period 200 1989

Hey, I just got some new ATE Atomic Rotors today(will get them put on tomorrow). The PBR pads I got gave instructions for breaking them in, but the rotors don't. Proper break in methods for these babies? I would like to keep them as long as I can.

BTW, does this ATE/PBR combination sound ok? I hope it does.
