speedo broken - how fast am I going? 200 1983

Could someone take note of their speeds at a few different rpms to get me through until I replace my speedo. Specifically how fast is 2000,2500,3000 rpms in 3rd & 4th gear? I have an M46 with the tallest rear end ratio 3.31:1. Or alternatively can I use the manual's speed at 1000 rpms and multiply by the factor rpm/1000? Thanks a bunch.
