help, sunroof install 700 87

Took the sunroof off to replace it's headliner material.

Anytips on aligning this sucker so it goes in and works? So far, only 2 plastic pieces broke and the crank close gears (so the hand crank closes from vent to open position, the 'click')

i've been trying to intall it in the vent position and but so far I can't get both the rails to align.
