where is the idle-speed motor located and how to adjust it? 700 1987

hi, i've replaces 4 electric relays and the distributor in my 740T because the car would just die on me, no matter if it was at 5mi/h or at 70mi/h on the freeway, it would just die...so after getitng all these perlacements done, it seems to run fine, but the speed of the engine at idling is about 400-500RPMS....and it was about 850-900RPMS before....

so i would like to know where the idler motor and its controls are and how to adjust them...and what is the suggested idle speed....
