Brake bleeding 200 1988

I bought an Eezi-Bleed so it would be easier to change the brake fluid in my cars. I tried it yesterday on my 245 and it worked great, but I made a mistake.

The instructions say to first attach it with the bottle empty to help empty the master cylinder so you avoid mixing the good and bad fluids. as much as possible. So I did that and bled the left rear wheel for a few seconds. I went back to check the master cylinder and it looked OK, so I bled some more. Well, I ended up having air bubbles coming out of the bleeder valve. I went back again and looked at the M/C and the FRONT was full, but the BACK was dry. Since the resevoir is more translucent than tranparent it was difficult to tell this with a casual glance.

I then filled the bottle and bled the brakes normally. I found the correct bleed sequence in the archives of this site. So, my brake pedal has more travel then it did before and does not feel hard. I have a feeling I have an air bubble stuck in the m/c. I'm afraid if I take the m/c off I will open a can or worms and end up with a big mess.

Is it possible to fix the problem by bleeding the brakes again (without running the m/c dry of course)?

Thanks.
