Scenerio:'86 240 - dash panel bright light indicator glows slightly - along with directional indicators when the headlights are on dim. When I flick to brights the indicator acts normal. When I use the left or right directional signal, the dash indicators will pulsate (lighter/darker) in sync with the outside directional lights. While this adds an interesting holiday appearance to the normally mundane dashboard activity, I would none the less like to solve the issue.
