Constant Idle Speed control unit 200 82

Does anyone have the Bosch or Volvo part numbers for any of the constant idle speed control units used in the 1979- 1985 240's with K-jetronic (CIS) injection? This would be 1979 -1982 B21F and 1983-1985 B21FT engines.

If I am wrong about the years, [lease correct me. Thanks.... Carl
