Interior rattles... 900 1996

Anybody know what might be causing interior rattles coming from the rear of a 960/s-90? I've tightned all the screws on over-head arm-handles... but nothing seems to fix it. I think it may be coming form the rear seat, or the platform behind the rear seat where the speakers are located.

Anybody knows what holds this panel in place? Or what might be causing these rattles? Thank you for any help in advance.
