Engine stall when accelerator applied 700 1988

My '88 740T stalls when cold and the accelerator is first depressed to move the car forward. It immediately restarts and does not stall again. After the engine is warm, the problem disappears. I've replaced the IAC, the FI coolant temp sensor, checked for air leaks, and cleaned the TB. Spark plugs are less than 6 months old, wires look ok. The TB position switch opens as soon as throttle plate moves. I've checked the FAQ. Is there a way to check the AMM? Is 750 RPM too slow of idle? Is there something else I should check/replace/repair?
