B23f-107hp or 114hp? 200 84

My Haynes manual and a couple of other sources say that the b23f produces 107hp and 126 lb.-ft. torque. The green owner's manual for my '84 (with the "reversed" pic of the 244 turbo on cover) says somewhere in the back, under "specifications", that it's 114 ponies and 136 lbs. That's about a 10% discrepancy. Also, the Haynes book claims that the b23f that is mated to the aw70 has higher compression than the stickshift car. Anyone want to take a stab at this? :-)

Kind of in the same vein... are there any old car magazine articles out there in cyberspace or in my library's archives that would reveal 0-60 acceleration, braking distance, top speed, etc. for this model year? Guessing that 0-60 might be somewhere in the 10-12 sec. range with the m46. Anyone really know? Or give a fiddler's fart? ;-)
