Snrf Switch Light Bulb 900 91

Where can I find this bulb? It is an integrated bulb and base. The plastic base is approx. l l/8 inch long and inserts into the switch. The bulb is the typical 'grain of wheat' bulb with long leads soldered onto the metal portion of the plastic base.

Would be happy to just find the bulb and solder it myself. The regular bulbs have short leads.
