Need pedals for '67 144

I fixin' on buying a 1967 144 with a BW35 automatic trans....
I would like to change out to a 4 speed. I have a loose M40 in my garage at the moment but would need the pedal kit to make it a happy meal.
Anybody have the clutch/brake pedals for a 1967 144 ? I would pay a reasonable price.
