FLOOR-DEFROST-RECIRCULATE BUTTONS. Getting a 'hissing' sound 200

Replace some bulbs in the center console - after I put it together - get a 'hiss' sound with the floor button depressed - goes away if I disengage it - I can hear the solenoids activating and get air to the floor.

The hiss continues for about 10 seconds after I shut the car off. The floor button seems to be the culprit.

Any ideas? Did I disturb a vacuum line?

How to fix?
