164 Adjustable seat base in 140 140-160 1970

Folks,

A while back I picked up an adjustable seat base (adjustable for both forward/back and seat height or tilt without needing a wrench!) from what I believe is an early 164 that I am looking to mount into my '70 145. Its a slick little unit and it looks like it will bolt right up to the seat frame, and I can see how the back will bolt up to the rear seat mount. However, in the front I am not sure how the adjuster mounts to the floor. On the current 140 seat base, there is a single eye bolt that connects to the seat frame and then is threaded into a nut in the floor of the car. The 164 seat base looks like it need two mounting points on the floor to hold it in place. Before I start wildly drilling (especially since there are fuel or brake lines right underneath!), does anyone have any pictures or info on how this adjuster mounts up in a 164 to help guide me? Anyone else done this conversion?

Thanks!
Brian
