240 turn signal relay?

My turn signals don't make that clicking sound or flash anymore... the fuse is good so I suspect the turn signal flash relay.

Bentley says it should be a cylindrical unit near the left front of the center console (page 390-3 diagram), but I find a cube which has the following info:

Hella TB76 DOT 4DB 003750-31 SAE J590/J945

Is this the turn signal relay, or the hazard signal relay?

FCP shows this one should fit: Audi VW Turn Signal Relay - Febi 1H0953227 (https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/audi-vw-turn-signal-relay-1h0953227#fitment)

but I don't necessarily want to pay $8 shipping for this $4 part...
