Lightening a Flywheel + Diaphragm Clutch 444-544

I've got a lead on a flywheel with a serial of 418358 F and I'd like to lighten it and install it on my M40 with a new diaphragm clutch (271263/270505/273633). Will this fit? Any recommendations on lightening it?
