Ac compressor clutch 940 900

Hey folks. 95 940 wagon, 190k miles. Ac is quitting when it’s really hot out. Clutch is reluctant to engage so thinking maybe a shim job is due, but looking at the front of the clutch, there are three metal discs on a triangle.... appears two have lost their caps and or whatever bushing might have surrounded the center pin of each circle. Does this mean new clutch this new compressor or is it possible a shim removal is still possible. Thanks.

Also got my mom’s 760 turbo wagon but that’s another story.
